Actions for Remaining Proposals and Comments is an organized list of some proposals and comments that I initially made at an 11/21/23 meeting with key Staff members. Since then I have often updated that page, e.g., as I got feedback and made modifications to the proposals or as I added new ones. I have tried to group the items per the actions required. I have often referred to the "Actions" page in emails sent to Elections and BOE Staff members, as well as in my election postmortem reports. It is where I have provided background and rationale for my main comments and proposals.

• Bags and Reconciliation Form
  The CJPG for the 11/5/24 election is being updated to show the proposed restructuring of the text.

  This updated website and handout were used with no problems in the spring 2024 elections and will be used in the November 2024 election.

• Overlapping printing of tapes with other processing
  In the 3/5/24 election in Precinct 19-19, we used this procedure with no problems. The CJPG for 11/5/24 is being updated to show the proposed restructuring of the text, but to leave any overlapped printing as optional.

• Order of Registration Table processing
  The BOE documentation is being updated for the 11/5/24 election to reflect the correct processing order.
